Addiction specialist
My clinical focus addresses co-occurring addictions and their associated symptoms; depression, anxiety, hopelessness and isolation. Through a tradition steeped in Depth Psychology, I utilize individual and group therapy with a working knowledge of the 12-Steps of Recovery.
I believe that the goal of psychotherapy is to reveal the client’s biological and environmental causes for current symptoms and to develop new coping skills for living. Psychotherapy has the potential to assist clients in changing their attitudes toward life, which directly effects how they respond to the world around them. I invite you to discover the beauty found within.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change
